Access & onboarding

Access rules by role

Every person on your skodle board — Admin, Management, Teacher, Student, and Parent — sees a different slice of the platform. This page is the plain-language map of who can see what, and who can change it.

How onboarding works

Step 1

Invite

An admin sends an invite code by role — teacher, student, parent, or management.

Step 2

Verify

New members enter their invite code at /register to join the right school board with the right role.

Step 3

Guided setup

A short onboarding wizard collects profile details and links classes, children, or preferences.

Board membership

skodle boards are invite-only communities. Nobody signs up cold — every teacher, student, and parent joins through a school admin.

Admins invite the board

Admins create the school profile and generate invite codes for teachers, management, students, and parents from the admin invite console. Everyone else joins by entering a code — no open sign-ups.

Everyone else confirms details

Teachers confirm their classes, students confirm their grade, and parents link a child using a student code — a short guided setup, then straight into their workspace.
