Each enquiry names the person following it up and the stage it has reached, so the admissions team can see who is chasing what and what is waiting.
Enrolled is a stage
Marking an enquiry as enrolled records the outcome in the pipeline. Adding the student to the roster is a separate step, done by importing or adding them there.
