Students and teachers post an entry with a written body and one photo, video, audio file or document of up to 12 MB, from any device with a browser.
Tag learning, not just files
Staff tag general entries with labels of their own, students tag IB portfolio evidence with approaches to learning skills and learner profile attributes, and staff can link evidence to IB standards and practices.
Family sharing, built in
Families see their child's portfolio in the parent portal as soon as an entry is posted — no separate app, no email attachments to chase. The general feed shows each entry's text, tags and comments; IB portfolio evidence also shows images.
Reactions & comments
Teachers, the student and the child's own family can like and comment, keeping portfolios a conversation instead of a one-way feed.
Cite it in a report, link it as evidence
A teacher can cite a portfolio entry in a progress report, and staff can link evidence to IB standards and practices for accreditation. Portfolio media itself is not embedded in reports.
