Coordinating the programme

The command centre surfaces exceptions across the programme rather than presenting every module for inspection. It is deliberately read-only: it tells you where to go, and the work happens where the records live.

Unmapped objectives, under-assessed ones, elements over-used across the school, units with no evidence. Each is counted from approved mappings, so a school that has not finished mapping sees an empty gap report rather than a clean one.

An empty gap report on a new programme means the detector has nothing to compare, not that there are no gaps.

Sessions with no variance are worth more attention than sessions with a lot. Perfect agreement between three teachers usually means judgements were not entered independently.

Evidence attached through the year costs nothing extra; evidence assembled in the fortnight before a visit has a signature a visiting team recognises. The readiness view is a report you run, not a folder you build.

Coordinator and supervisor designations are assigned here, separately from the account role somebody signs in with. Leadership is deliberately view-only — it sees everything and approves nothing, because oversight should not require the ability to change a judgement.
