Running a group of campuses
Campus is a real dimension rather than a label, so a group can compare fairly, delegate properly, and report at group level without merging the data.

Campuses belong to a school, and a group may hold several schools. Getting this shape right early matters because students and staff are assigned into it.

Campuses are compared on the same measures with the same rules. Where a campus has no data for a measure, it returns nothing rather than zero, and is left out of that comparison instead of ranked last on an absence.

Students are probably not assigned to a campus yet. With everybody unassigned there is nothing to compare.
A campus shows a dash rather than zero
Intended. It has no data for that measure, which is different from measuring zero.
